​​Hi! I’m Hayleigh Hayhurst, founder of Espresso Podcast Production a full-service podcast management agency designed to help founders, coaches, and thought leaders bring their message to life without getting buried in the backend.

With a background in journalism and a deep love for storytelling, I’ve always believed powerful ideas deserve professional execution. In 2020, I saw too many brilliant entrepreneurs stuck in the editing weeds or struggling to grow their shows and I knew there had to be a better way.

Since then, I’ve helped manage and produce multiple podcasts from concept to monetization, combining strategy with seamless production so my clients can stay focused on what they do best: sharing their expertise.
