Situation:
The client, a professor teaching writing and publishing at NYU, wanted to start a podcast to gain more authority in the publishing space and prepare for her upcoming book launch. She also wanted to invite high profile authors on, and offer her students additional resources beyond class material.
Task
My goal was to help her launch and grow the podcast, ultimately achieving steady growth, attracting clients, and boosting book sales. This would involve monetizing the podcast and using it as a tool for marketing her courses and services.
