Situation:

Bluedot Living, a sustainability-focused media company, launched Imagine If to share climate optimism stories and inspire action. While the mission was clear and the content was strong, the podcast needed structure, consistency, and a strategy to grow its reach and deepen audience engagement across platforms.

Task

Develop and execute a podcast strategy that would:
