Situation:
The Vixen Voice had been publishing consistently but experienced zero growth for more than a year with their previous podcast team. Despite strong content and a clear mission, the podcast lacked visibility because it wasn’t using video and relied mostly on static posts. Audience reach had plateaued, and the show was at risk of fading out despite the host’s commitment.
Task
My role was to identify why the podcast had stalled and build a modern, sustainable growth strategy. The goal was to introduce a visibility system that would reignite listener acquisition, expand discoverability, and position the host as a trusted voice—without changing the core content she loved creating.
