If you don't know who you are talking to, how will you know what they want to hear?
Now, when I talk about this topic, I mainly focus on marketing. How are you finding new listeners, how are you attracting new listeners, how are you educating your listeners between episodes?
If you don't know who your audience is, marketing to them can be very difficult!
To make this easier, I want to share with you some valuable journal prompts you can use to spark clarity and excitement in your podcast!
Why did you start your podcast?
Who did you want to help?
How does your content help?
What is the ideal age, location, occupation, gender, etc of your listener?
What do you want from your listener?
This is a great "back to basic" blog post. As we go on with our business or podcast, it can be really easy to forget or lose clarity on the basic building blocks. Remind yourself of why you started, and then from there, you can put a solid strategy behind your goals.
