I hear this all the time.. "I can't start a podcast, I have a small following" or "I can't start my podcast, I am a nobody!" And to that I say -- excuses excuses.
You do not need hundreds of thousands of follows to start your podcast. Now, to be fully transparent, it does make it easier -- but if you are truly determined to start your podcast and make it successful you can do it.
